Springtime's Pocket Full of Sunshine
February 2009- August 2024
Morgan is our first little girl. She arrived in April 2009, from Missouri. Morgan was the perfect present from the Easter Bunny for our Granddaughter Brielle, and they have become best friends and companions. Morgan is the model personality of the Havanese Breed. She is sweet, snuggley, energetic and all round lovable. Morgan's favorite things to do are playing in the yard, and running around in circles chasing the boy's. Morgan also loves to shake her head and toss her toys across the room.
Morgan can always be found around "her people". At night she loves to sleep on a pillow, just like a Princess or curled up on someone's lap. Morgan does not like going to see Dr. Klieber, and has been affectionately "Pink Flagged" and called the " Drama Queen" by the staff. Morgan is a great mom and takes fabulous care of her puppies, and enjoys sharing them with Brielle and their new forever families.
Morgan has retired from our breeding program, but she still enjoys hanging out with her Grandchildren, and spending time up in Adam's Man Cave!!

El Divo's Oh No You Didn't
August 2011- April 2022
Meet MeadowView's Princess ....... Uh - Oh
Sire: CH El Divo's Ivy League
Dam: Ch Ruffian' Couture At El Divo
Uh - Oh came home to MewdowView in May of 2012, from New York. She is Trump's 1/2 sister. Since her arrival she has become quite the little Diva. She has shown to perfection and finished her AKC Championship very quickly in a limited number of shows.
At the 2012 Havanese National's in Bloomington, MN, Uh - OH won her Puppy Class at the Regional Show and received a good look for Winner's Bitch, losing to 2 older experienced show dogs. The following show was the National and she placed third in her class.
After the National's Uh - Oh continued her winning ways and finished the requirements for her AKC Championship. Uh - Oh has continued to strut her stuff in the show ring and finished her UKC Championship, with Multiple Best of Breed Wins, Multiple Group Placements, a Best in Multi Breed Show, and a Reserve Best in Multi Breed Show. All before she was a year old!!! Uh - Oh finished her 2012 UKC year as the #3 Havanese, we look forward to receiving our Invitations to UKC Top Ten, and our trip to Kalamazoo, MI for Premiere.
2013:
The road to her Grand Championships has been a lot of fun. We look forward to watching our Little Girl as her show career continues, and she is out as a special on the campaign trail. Uh Oh continued winning throughout the year and had Multiple Best of Breed wins, and Multiple Group placements, Best in Multiple Breed Shows BIMBS, Reserve Best in Multiple Breed Shows BIMBS, in the AKC, UKC, and ICKC. Uh - Oh made the short trip to NYC in February for the Westminster Kennel Club's 137th Show. Uh - Oh placed as a Grand Champion Select under Judge Shirley Limoges, we are so proud of our little girl!! Uh - Oh finished 2013 just shy of achieving her AKC Silver Grand Championship. Along with all of our time in the show ring this year we managed to fit in some fun as well. In February we ventured up to Vermont on a snowy afternoon for a photo shoot with Jeff & Lesley Woodward it was a great time. Then in April Uh - Oh was the Cover Girl for Top Notch Toys and we also traveled to Boston and were part of a photo shoot for the catalog "In The Company Of Dogs". October found us in the studio of WWLP Channel 22, where we participated in a live segment of the Show Mass Appeal as part of the Pioneer Valley Kennel Club's commitment to continuing public education.
2014:
Uh - Oh will once again be heading off to New York City for the 138th Westminster Kennel Club Show on February 10 & 11, 2014. Uh Oh had multiple Best Of Breed wins in 2014 along with Group Placements. While we were busy starting and finishing Championships we did not venture to many non AKC shows last year.
2015:
Who knows where the year will go ....... UH OH is taking a small hiatis from the show ring to bless us with some puppies.
2016:
Uh Oh has returned to the show ring and is being shown in juniors and occasionally in the Breed ring by Brielle! In November they went Reserve Best Junior Handler at the Framingham KC Shows!!

Asia June 1997 - January 11, 2011
Asia was a beloved family dog, a favorite of Kathryn & Matthew, but also loved by Christopher and Melissa. She was loving and loyal, and could always be found stealing Matthew's socks or sleeping in his "Dirty Laundry" which earned her the nick name of "STINKY" courtesy of Kate. After Matthew left home she became Katie's companion, sleeping in her room or at her feet while she was on the computer or watching TV. As the years passed, and Katie moved out we got Riley to keep her company. Asia was a tough sell, but she let Riley know right away that she was in charge!
By the time that January 2005 came Asia was having problems with her vision, and her teeth. That did not however prevent her from chewing up many sherpa toys.... all referred to as "her piggy's". It didn't matter what shape or color they were, the texture was enough for her, and they were ALL hers. Asia loved eating everyone else's food when they didn't finish their dinner, which of course earned her another nickname as her waist became wider and wider.... "Piggy". As her vision failed, Riley stepped up to help guide her around the yard, and remained her loyal companion, always by her side.
For her last 2 years our Granddaughter's and Grandson have spent countless hours trying to convince her that they were OK, but she had difficulty with the little kids. They moved to fast and made too much noise!! It did not keep them from trying to win her over, if only Poor Asia would have realized she was the perfect size for them to love, her last years could have included endless hours of hugs, snuggling & endless treats, ten times over what she already got from the adults.

Smokey June 1995 - October 21, 2008
Smokey was a Surprise Birthday gift for me from my husband. He was a beautiful Silver Tabby Persian and a very unique cat right from the beginning. He would always be waiting for me to come from work home, and followed me around just like a dog. Smokey was a charming sweet boy that loved everyone and did not discriminate who he got attention or treats from. He was my constant companion, and his presence is missed every day. Smokey was the foundation for my Persian breeding program, and many past clients have enjoyed his fabulous personality in his offspring.
When we had company he would jump up on the table or counter to wait and greet any visitors. As he got older and the kids were in school, he could be seen waiting in the windows on the sofa table or the back of the couch for them to come home. As soon as he saw them walking up the sidewalk he would jump down and run to the door to greet them. He would give you kisses on your fingers and then try to use your fingers to rub and wash his face. Smokey's favorite food was always Blueberry muffins, he would try to reach out and grab your hand if he smelled the muffins, and expected that you were going to share with him.
As Smokey got older, Brielle arrived on his scene, and he would sit by close at hand and wait for her to pet him (or grab his fur) as Brie got older I taught her how to hold her hand out to give him his treats. Smokey learned quickly that if he let her pet him, she would open the cabinet and take out his treats. In his last months with us I believe that he consumed more treats when Brielle was here than he did his food.
